She started her career behind the counter with MAC as a Pro Makeup Artist/Manager, along with other well-known lines such as Bobbi Brown and Lancôme. With her diverse background and industry education, Millie is a vibrant leader and expert in the makeup and cosmetic industries.

Millie’s work as a professional makeup artist is extensive and diverse. Working on various music videos, movie sets, and commercials in Dallas Texas. Millie’s clients currently include MTV, MADD, DART, Sudden Link Cable, Lone Star, Texas Presbyterian Resources Hospital, Audi, Bravo, Production Houses 1820, Torque Films, Under Tower Production & Virtue.

Millie currently owns Millie Luster Cosmetics her own makeup and eye lash studio in Denton Texas. Providing eye lash extensions, bridal wedding services, makeup product sales, commercial and photo shoot makeup applications. In addition, Millie is also a highly sought after makeup and eye lash instructor for many of the cosmetology schools in Dallas that she has taught at. NCTC, Regency, Tint and Ogle to name a few.
